NASA has awarded five indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity sole source contracts to Aerospace Corp of El Segundo, Calif, for specialized engineering, evaluation and test services.

THE AEROSPACE CORP. The Aerospace Corp., based in El Segundo, recently promoted Willard D. Downs III to principal engineer in the Computer Engineering Subdivision and Jean L. Michael to associate principal director in the National Polar-orbiting Environmental Satellite Systems (NPOESS) organization.
