A U.S. humanitarian organization says 17 people likely died Tuesday in the crash of its chartered airplane in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Air Serv International of Warrenton, Va., said the aircraft went down early Tuesday 8 miles northwest of Bukavu while en route from Kisangani.
