By NICK COLIGAN A SECOND Beatles Story museum is to open on Liverpool's waterfront. The attraction will be part of the new Pier Head-based Mersey Ferries terminal. The pounds 10.5m centre, being built now in front of the Three Graces, is due to open in the late summer.

FORMER "Minister for Merseyside" Michael Heseltine returned to Liverpool to launch a new book and exhibition about the River Mersey. Lord Heseltine was at the Albert Dock last night for the launch of Mersey: The River That Changed the World.
