Free-agent wide receiver Amani Toomer, who played his first 13 NFL seasons for the New York Giants, signed with the Kansas City Chiefs Tuesday. Last year, Toomer, 34, had his worst production in a decade, making 48 receptions for 580 yards and four touchdowns in 16 games.
