ST. GEORGE -- A man on the run after being accused of raping and torturing a 16-year-old girl will be featured on the TV show, "America's Most Wanted." Marc Clifton Bryant, 47, is accused of raping the girl, then tying her to a bed and torturing her with a blowtorch and a screwdriver in 2004.

Chicago police were holding a man Monday believed to be a fugitive featured on the Web site of the television show America's Most Wanted.
