Gryphon Gold Corporation (TSX: GGN) (OTCBB: GYPH) ("Gryphon Gold") and American Bonanza Gold Corp. (TSX: BZA) (FRANKFURT: AB2) ("American Bonanza") have signed a Letter of Intent to merge American Bonanza into a wholly owned subsidiary of Gryphon Gold through a Plan of Arrangement.
