The Toronto Raptors reportedly reached a deal Monday to send forward Carlos Delfino to Milwaukee in exchange for forward Amir Johnson. ESPN.com reported the deal will also send Roko Ukic to Milwaukee and guard Sonny Weems from the Bucks to the Raptors.

Richard Jefferson matched his season-best effort with 32 points Wednesday, boosting Milwaukee to a 122-110 victory over Indiana. The Bucks improved to 4-4 since the loss of leading scorer Michael Redd to a season-ending knee injury and they are also playing without center Andrew Bogut (back) and Luke Ridnour (thumb). Charlie Bell picked up some of the slack with 20 points off the bench and Charlie Villanueva added 17.

Ramon Sessions scored 26 points Monday night to lead Milwaukee to a 124-112 victory over Houston and end the Bucks' eight-game losing streak to the Rockets.
