Angelo, Gordon & Co.'s ("Angelo Gordon") dedicated Net Lease Group ("AG Net Lease") announced today that it has acquired the headquarters and manufacturing facilities of Simpson Performance Products, Inc. ("Simpson") through a sale-leaseback transaction.
