Nora Dunn and Wendie Malick are to appear in the series finale of the U.S television series Pushing Daisies, ABC announced. The supernatural show is to complete its second and last season June 13. When one-half of the synchronized swimming duo The Aquadolls (Dunn and Malick) meets with an unfortunate end that may have been murder-by-shark, the Darling Mermaid Darlings get a chance to come out of retirement at a traveling water circus, the network said in a news release.
Fans of Pushing Daisies are sending flowers to ABC in hopes of persuading the network not to cancel the U.S. television series.
