By Elizabeth Miller, The Salt Lake Tribune Jul. 15--Utah's first shelter for women and children suffering from domestic violence is getting an upgrade. The YWCA has won approval from the Salt Lake City Planning Commission to add two three-story buildings to its campus near 300 East and 300 South.
