By CHRIS YOUNG OUTDOORS EDITOR A tulip tree that towers over Oakland Cemetery near Ann Rutledge's grave in Petersburg is due for some preventive maintenance. The tree, thought to be one of the largest of its type in central Illinois, already was established when the cemetery was planned in 1872.
