By MARTIN WILLIAMS THE growing popularity of the BBC's on-demand video service iPlayer yesterday sparked a further war of words in the row between the broadcaster and internet service providers over who should pay for the increased strain being put on networks by the device.
THE BBC and internet service providers are on a collision course over iPlayer costs. The row is boiling up after the Beeb revealed use of their "on demand" video service had risen by 25 per cent a month since December. Requests for downloads and streams of programmes in March hit 17.2million.
