British Airways PLC was fined almost $550 by U.S. and British regulators for colluding with rival Virgin Atlantic over fuel surcharges on long-haul flights. The U.S. Justice Department and Britain's Office of Fair Trading said British Airways admitted to planning with Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd.
