By Sara Kincaid, The Bismarck Tribune, N.D. Jul. 15--Stricter guidelines could be considered for the Bismarck School District school transfer policy. The policy allows students to transfer schools within the district.

Pinewood Derby Cub Scout Pack 181, sponsored by Grimsrud Elementary School, held its annual Pinewood Derby on Jan. 28. Over 25 cars were entered in the contest, with three design winners and six place winners in the race. The results are as follows: Best Design - 1.

Student honored Stephanie Long, Mandan, has been awarded a $300 scholarship from Sigma Chapter of the Women's Education Organization of Delta Kappa Gamma International.
