By JOHN WARE A vital link in a long awaited long distance cycle-pedestrian route into the heart of Devon, could soon be approved at the second time of trying.

Plans have been put forward for a walking and cycling path linking two Dartmoor communities. Devon County Council has submitted a planning application to Dartmoor National Park Authority for a trail between Moretonhampstead and Lustleigh.
