Ryan Braun had a two-run homer in the first and doubled home another run in the third Friday, pacing Milwaukee to a 6-3 victory over Arizona. Milwaukee built a 6-1 lead through five innings and went on to halt a three-game losing streak. Braden Looper (12-6) got the win, ending a streak of three straight starts in which he had to settle for a no-decision.
Prince Fielder's 12th-inning solo homer Sunday lifted the Milwaukee Brewers to a 2-1 win over the San Francisco Giants. The homer was Fielder's 30th this season.
