Ryane Clowe scored twice and Rob Blake recorded four assists as the San Jose Sharks remained unbeaten at home, dominating Washington 7-2 Saturday. Patrick Marleau, Devin Setoguchi, Joe Thornton and Marc-Edouard Vlasic racked up a goal and an assist each, and Brian Boucher was solid in net with 19 saves as the Sharks improved their home record to 11-0-1 and their NHL-best overall record to 17-3-1. Tom Poti and Tomas Fleischmann recorded the Capitals' goals and Brent Johnson allowed all seven goals on 28 shots in the club's third loss in four games. The Sharks put the game away early with three goals in the span of 6:32 of the first period.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Blue Jackets goaltender Pascal Leclaire, limited to 24 games this season because of injuries, will miss the rest of the season with knee problems. Fredrik Norrena has taken over as the starter with Brian Boucher, recently claimed off waivers from Chicago, as his backup.
