Josh Hamilton hit two home runs in the nightcap Tuesday to help the Texas Rangers sweep a doubleheader with Toronto by identical scores of 5-2. Hamilton hit two home runs in the same game for the first time since May 16, 2008.

Carl Crawford and Evan Longoria each had two RBI Saturday to help the Tampa Bay Rays post an 8-3 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays. Crawford doubled twice, scored three times and walked, while Longoria extended his hitting streak to eight games with two hits for the Rays, who ended a five-game losing streak. Tampa Bay's Scott Kazmir (7-7) gave up three runs on five hits with seven strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings.
