By Walter Rubel, Las Cruces Sun-News, N.M. Jun. 6--SANTA FE -- Health care costs in New Mexico increased by 18 percent in the two years from 2002 to 2004, according to the preliminary results of a study being conducted by New Mexico State University Economics Professor Anthony V. Popp.
