Ebola outbreak in Uganda recedes, health experts still on alert KAMPALA, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- The deadly Ebola outbreak in the western Ugandan district of Bundibugyo has receded with only one case in the isolation ward and no deaths recorded in the last fourdays, a senior health official has said.
