Guillermo Rodriguez and Brian Roberts had one RBI each, while Lou Montanez had two hits for the Orioles, who have won two in a row against the Blue Jays following five straight losses. The winner was starter Mark Hendrickson (6-5). Closer Jim Johnson, the fourth Baltimore pitcher, earned his 10th save. Travis Snider led Toronto with two hits and one RBI. Casey Janssen began a four-inning scoreless stretch by the Toronto bullpen Wednesday in the Blue Jays' 7-3 victory over Baltimore. Toronto overcame an early 2-0 deficit to win its third straight game. Scott Richmond (7-10) left the game after five innings with a 4-3 lead and got the win thanks to outstanding relief pitching from Janssen, Josh Roenicke, Brandon League and Jason Frasor. The relievers combined to give up a hit and one walk. The Blue Jays broke a 2-2 tie with a three-run fourth.

Vladimir Guerrero hit two home runs and had five RBI Monday to lead the Los Angeles Angels to an 8-5 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. Maicer Izturis and Kendry Morales also homered for the Angels, who won the final three games of the four-game series. Ervin Santana (6-6) was the winning pitcher after allowing the Orioles three runs and seven hits in six innings.
