By Scott Marshall; Angela WoodallSTAFF ORINDA -- In a scene that that brought back unsettling memories of a disastrous blaze there 25 years ago, a vehicle fire briefly forced the shutdown of the Caldecott Tunnel on Thursday evening. The fire broke out at 6:35 p.m.
