The state's Public Service Commission has ordered counsel and representatives of Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. and its parent company, Constellation Energy Group, to appear before it on Tuesday.

Areva, a French, state-controlled nuclear power operator, said it secured a commercial nuclear fuel contract with Baltimore-based Constellation Energy Group Inc. Constellation ordered 10 reload batches of fuel for its Calvert Cliffs nuclear plant in Lusby, according to a news release.
