By STACI DENNIS By Staci Dennis Correspondent LYNNHAVEN Cape Henry Collegiate School debuted its new International Film Festival earlier this month with three foreign movies, "Heureux qui comme Edouard,""The Sea Inside" and "Driving Lessons." The the students were happy to kick off their shoes and munch pizza.

That record rockfish landed off Cape Henry on Wednesday apparently managed to avoid an epidemic afflicting more than half the Chesapeake Bay's resident striped bass.
