Carl Crawford's two-run homer Sunday led the Tampa Bay Rays to a 3-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays and a three-game sweep. The Rays won 14 of 18 against the Blue Jays this season. Greg Zaun's pinch-hit grand slam in the eighth inning Sunday carried the Tampa Bay Rays past the Toronto Blue Jays 5-2. Crawford doubled twice, scored three times and walked, while Longoria extended his hitting streak to eight games with two hits for the Rays, who ended a five-game losing streak. Willy Aybar homered twice and Carlos Pena hit a two-run single as the Rays won for the fourth time in their last six games and pulled within 5 1/2 games of the first-place New York Yankees in the American League East.
