French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy is suing a clothing company that produced a shopping bag with an image of her posing naked.

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has shared the world stage with Britain's queen, the pope and the Dalai Lama. But in London this week , France's first lady appeared on a different kind of stage, this time with rock royalty - the Kings of Leon and Metallica .

French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy sang on an episode of the British music show "Later with Jools Holland," which also featured an appearance by Metallica. Bruni-Sarkozy, 40, was a model and recording artist before she married French President Nicolas Sarkozy last February.
