Carlos Lee hit a three-run homer Monday to power the Houston Astros to a 3-2 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals. Brian Moehler (7-5) got the win after giving up two runs on six hits in 6 1/3 innings.

Edinson Volquez allowed a lone hit over eight innings Wednesday and Adam Rosales had two RBI, giving Cincinnati a 3-0 victory over Houston. The only Houston hit of the game was a two-out double in the first inning by Miguel Tejada.

Pudge Rodriguez hit a key solo homer Sunday and the Houston Astros recorded a 3-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers. The homer, Rodriguez's second this season, snapped a 2-2 tie with one out in the bottom of the fourth inning.
