ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- Legislators threw Minnesota's transportation commissioner out of office Thursday, some six months after the Minneapolis bridge collapse crystallized discontent over her leadership. State senators voted 44-22 against confirming Carol Molnau, who remains lieutenant governor.
