The game-winner capped a 13-play, 67-yard drive for the Bengals (3-1). Carson Palmer threw touchdown passes of 5 and 2 yards to Chad Ochocinco for Cincinnati, which also scored on a 75-yard fumble return by Robert Geathers. Palmer was 23-of-44 for 230 yards. Derek Anderson completed 25-of-48 passes for 269 yards and a 1-yard touchdown toss to Steve Heiden for the Browns (0-4).
