CARTAGENA, Colombia _ John McCain's trip here Tuesday was part of an unusual three-day presidential campaign swing to Latin America with a dual message for voters back home.

Spirit Airlines has launched a new non-stop daily service between Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Cartagena, Colombia. Spirit Airlines is offering the new service with introductory fare of $49, and every day value season fares from $119. The new route will be operated by Spirit's new Airbus fleet.

Spanish utility Gas Natural has taken delivery of the first cargo of liquified natural gas to arrive in Europe onboard a Q-Flex type tanker, the Duhail, at the Enagas regasification plant in Cartagena, Spain.
