TROIS-RIVIERES, Que. (CP) - Quebec provincial police say they have information that's leading them to believe a missing nine-year-old could still be alive. Insp. Martin Prud'homme said Wednesday that officers don't have any solid information indicating that Cedrika Provencher is dead.
