By FRED HANSON The disciplinary hearing for Randolph Fire Chief Charles Foley has been postponed until later this month. The hearing, which began July 2 and had been tentatively scheduled to resume tomorrow night, was postponed because of a scheduling conflict for hearing officer Joseph Coffey.
By FRED HANSON RANDOLPH -Randolph selectmen are considering disciplinary action against Fire Chief Charles Foley for making comments critical of the department's reduced staffing and budget at the scene of a May 17 fire that killed two people.
RANDOLPH - The selectmen have extended Fire Chief Charles Foley's contract by another 22 days. Selectman James Burgess, who is negotiating with Foley at the board's request, asked selectmen to approve the extension last night. The two sides held their first meeting last week, he said.
