The Detroit Pistons have agreed to terms with guard Ben Gordon and forward Charlie Villanueva, the Detroit Free Press reported Wednesday. The newspaper said that although the deals cannot be made official until July 8, they have both agreed to five-year contracts.

Richard Jefferson had 29 points and 10 rebounds Monday to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 107-78 victory over the New Jersey Nets. Charlie Villanueva added 20 points, Joe Alexander scored 16 and Ramon Sessions had 13 points, seven rebounds and eight assists for the Bucks, who ended a five-game losing streak. Chris Douglas-Roberts led the Nets' scoring with 14 points.

The Milwaukee Bucks acknowledged Tuesday that forward Charlie Villanueva tweeted on Twitter during half-time in Sunday's game with the Boston Celtics. Some sports fans say that Villanueva's locker-room tweet may have been a first, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

Richard Jefferson scored 35 points Saturday night to help the Milwaukee Bucks outslug the Golden State Warriors 127-120. Luke Ridnour had 17 points, Charlie Bell scored 16, Ramon Sessions had 15 points and nine assists and Charlie Villanueva had 14 points in the high-scoring contest. Jamal Crawford had 32 points for the Warriors, who have lost six of their last seven games.

Charlie Villanueva scored 25 points Saturday night to lead the Milwaukee Bucks in a 109-93 victory over the Washington Wizards. Richard Jefferson added 22 points for the Bucks, who had lost four of their previous five games.
