By Cleve R. Wootson Jr., The Charlotte Observer, N.C. Jul. 17--A tanker truck hauling nitric acid rolled over on University City Boulevard near Interstate 485 late this morning. None of the caustic chemical leaked onto the road, but authorities still had the road blocked at 9 p.m.
