Shares of Millicom International Cellular, which operates mobile phone networks in developing countries, rose 4 percent Wednesday on reports that the company was in talks to be acquired by China Mobile Communications. Millicom shares rose 12.5 kronor to 335 kronor, or $45.86, in Stockholm.
