Props to Chris Cannon for voting against the "housing/Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac bailout." I guess he can feel free to vote his conscience now he is on the way out.

Gas may be $4-plus a gallon at the pump, but it's an energy free-for-all on Capitol Hill.
