Water tests in the Verdigris River and Oologah Lake show no signs of the oil. COFFEYVILLE, Kan. -- The refinery involved in a 42,000-gallon spill of crude oil into the Verdigris River, which flows into Oklahoma, has reached an agreement with the EPA to clean up the spill.
