The European Commission Tuesday approved the acquisition of Denmark's Copenhagen Airports AS by Australia's Macquarie Bank Group. Besides the nation's main airport in the capital, Copenhagen Airports also owns and operates airports in two Danish cities, Kastrup and Roskilde, the commission said.
