A Florida woman accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband was duped into signing a waiver for a national police show, her attorney said. Her attorney said Dalia Dippolito, a real estate agent arrested last week, was tricked into signing a waiver that gave the TV show Cops permission to air their footage of her on national TV, the Palm Beach (Fla.) Post reported Monday. Boynton Beach police allowed a film crew from the show to be present Wednesday when they created a fake crime scene and tricked Dippolito into thinking her husband of six months, Michael Dippolito, had been killed, the Post said.
