Mike Cammalleri had two goals and an assist and goalie Curtis McElhinney got his first win of the season Saturday in the Calgary Flames' 4-1 win over Edmonton. Craig Conroy and Jamie Lundmark scored goals and McElhinney had 35 saves in his first start since March 6, to help the Flames (46-30-6) avoid finishing the regular season with three straight losses.

Miikka Kiprusoff made 29 saves Thursday and enhanced Calgary's division title hopes by carrying the Flames to a 2-1 win over Dallas. Calgary began the night one point behind Vancouver for the top spot in the Northwest Division.

Mike Cammalleri had a goal and two assists Monday night and the Calgary Flames beat Detroit 5-3. Curtis Glencross, Dion Phaneuf, Craig Conroy and Jamie Lundmark scored goals and Miikka Kiprusoff made 30 stops for the Flames, who won for just the third time in their last eight games but, with 90 points, still maintain a five-point lead over second-place Vancouver in the Northwest Division. Johan Franzen had a goal and an assist, and Pavel Datsyuk and Jiri Hudler each scored a goal for the Red Wings, who had won four straight coming into the contest. Detroit's starting goalie, Chris Osgood, was pulled after letting in three goals on 14 shots.

Vincent Lecavalier and Martin St. Louis each scored twice and Mark Recchi had five assists for Tampa Bay Sunday, leading the Lightning over Calgary 8-6. A power-play goal by Lecavalier with 11:28 remaining turned out to be the winner in the high-scoring contest.
