A TEENAGE dad of twin girls and his friend have died in a tragic swimming accident while out fishing. Craig Finn, 19, and Lee Flanagan, 17, were racing each other across a reservoir in Ashton under Lyne, Greater Manchester, on Monday, when they got tangled in weeds and drowned.
