MIAMI, Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) today announced it has reached agreements for the construction of three new cruise ships - one 132,500-ton vessel for its Costa Cruises brand and two 125,000-ton ships for its AIDA Cruises brand.

MIAMI, May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celebrity Cruises' Celebrity Mercury will become the second ship in the fleet of TUI Cruises, a cruise brand established in 2008 through a joint venture between Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and TUI AG, tailored for the German market.
