SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: SGLP) today said that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of eight recently constructed crude oil storage tanks located at the Cushing Interchange from SemCrude, L.P. for $90 million.

SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: SGLP) today announced it has agreed to acquire 2.0 million barrels of newly constructed crude oil storage at the Cushing Interchange from SemCrude, L.P. for $90 million. SemCrude is a subsidiary of privately owned SemGroup, L.P.

SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: SGLP) today announced that it has acquired the Eagle North Pipeline System (the ENPS), a 130-mile, 8-inch pipeline that originates in Ardmore, Okla. and terminates in Drumright, Okla. from SemCrude, L.P. for $45.0 million.
