By Will Ashenmacher, Duluth News-Tribune, Minn. Nov. 16--The Duluth Transit Authority expects within the next few weeks to be running one new bus route and expanding another. With those moves, it hopes to capture riders who may not punch in at a typical downtown nine-to-five job.
