Dallas Moves One Step Closer to Building Convention Center Hotel DALLAS, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Omni Hotels and the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau announce the Dallas City Council's unanimous approval of an ordinance to authorize the sale and delivery of $514 million in Dallas Convention Center Hotel Revenue Bonds to finance the 1,016-room Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel, scheduled to open in early 2012.
