NEW YORK (Reuters) - Seattle SuperSonics forward Danny Fortson was suspended for two games on Thursday for verbally abusing an official.

Kevin Garnett had 35 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds for his first triple-double of the season, helping the Minnesota Timberwolves hold off Dallas 114-109 on Thursday night for their fourth straight victory.

All-Star forward Antoine Walker was traded by the Boston Celtics to the Dallas Mavericks in a five-player deal Monday. Dallas is sending Raef LaFrentz to the Celtics along with Jiri Welsch and Chris Mills. Boston also will get Dallas' first-round pick in 2004.
