By Emily Arthur, American News, Aberdeen, S.D. Jul. 11--The South Dakota Department of Transportation will have a public meeting tonight in Aberdeen to gather input on proposed road construction projects throughout the region in the next five years. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.

Jul. 1--More than 30 roads were washed out and 15 bridges needed repairs in Day County after Wednesday's heavy rain. County officials, like their counterparts throughout the Aberdeen area, are still tending to the damage and have yet to add up the costs in dollars.
