By Anonymous A new Practical Nursing and Allied Health Center and Advanced Manufacturing Center opened today at Louisiana Technical College's Region 1 Jefferson campus, 5200 Blair Drive, in Metairie. LTC Region 1 and Delgado Community College were scheduled to hold a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m.
