The energy sector in Moldova's breakaway Dniester

Excerpt from report by Moldovan news agency Basapress Chisinau, 26 October: Sheriff, the largest cable TV operator in Moldova's breakaway Dniester region, will rebroadcast the Moldovan [pro-government private] NIT TV channel starting from 1 November 2007.

Moldova's breakaway Dniester region is ready to launch digital TV broadcasts starting from 1 November 2007, the official Dniester Olvia-press news agency reported on 24 October. The project is supervised by the Dniester TV company Sheriff.
