DNIPROPETROVSK. Oct 14. (Interfax-Ukraine) - The death toll from the household gas blast in a ten-storey apartment building in Dnipropetrovsk has climbed to 13, officials with a district hospital told Interfax. "One more victim of the blast has died," a hospital spokesman said.
